Panda Express Chow Mein Recipe - A Must Try!

I've been craving for some Panda Express Chow Mein for a while but haven't found a time to go to the Asian market to get the thick noodles and my Xiao Xing wine vinegar.

I found this recipe from and been salivating to try out this Panda Express Chow Mein recipe.

The pictures look so good and I was convinced that the ingredients will be included with my trip to the market this weekend. Yes, my family loves to eat particularly Korean and Chinese food. One of my favorites is the PF Chang's Lettuce wrap, the taste is so good, I made a dozen time for that dish.

It was a big hit for our family get together and everybody was asking about the recipe. For sure, once they will try this Chow Mein recipe, I bet they will love it too. It actually looks yummier than the original because the Panda Express version is kind of bland in color and whoot... you can barely find the meat and green vegetables.

I've checked lots of recipes for this Chow Mein and the pictures didn't really pique my attention. So, when a good friend showed me this site having pictures and a video on how to cook this Panda Express Chow Mein, I was already salivating looking over the images. The good news is, she already tried this recipe and been telling me that this tastes way better than the original. I couldn't agree more after checking the ingredients.

So, this weekend, this will be on my cooking list and I will keep you posted of the outcome.

Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

I love Chipotle particularly their salad dressing and since I've often craved for their salad, I decided to troll the internet to find the copycat recipe for the Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette salad dressing. I only go to Chipotle to order the salad and would ask an extra dressing - this smoky, sweet salad dressing is the primary driver why I drag myself to go. Ingredients:1/2 cup red wine vinegar1/3 cup honeysalt to taste (I like 1 tbsp)1 tablespoon water1 tablespoon adobo sauce1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper1 ½ cups olive oil or rice bran oil (see notes)Instructions: In a food processor or blender, combine the vinegar, honey, salt, water, adobo sauce, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper. Turn on the processor. With the motor still running, drizzle in the oil until the salad dressing comes together and emulsifies. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Recipe Notes
